We are seeking a Project Manager to join a dynamic construction team where you'll spearhead residential projects, encompassing both single-family and multi-family developments. Responsibilities:

- Outline project scope, prepare budgets, and formulate bidding strategies.

- Serve as the primary liaison with engineers, architects, stakeholders, government officials, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Lead and direct project teams to achieve completion within time and budget constraints.

- Manage project planning, including scheduling, financial forecasting, logistics, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is highly preferred.

- 7-10 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally with a background in residential development.

- Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, including mechanical, architectural, and engineering aspects.

- Proven capability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
