Job description:

Manages one or more high-level, complex technical projects related to product lifecycle management and technology transfer for commercial manufacturing. Responsibilities include defining project scope, goals and deliverables, tracking to plan, navigating project risks, facilitating decision making and anticipating team needs to remove obstacles. Regularly interacts with senior leadership to report on progress.

Responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are executed by required timelines.

Basic Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree OR master's degree and 2 years of experience OR bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience OR associate degree and 10 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience.

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:

• Experience with project management tools and collaboration practices.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate cross functional teams.
