Project Manager - Salesforce Implementation

Dot is an innovative cloud-based software company that provides electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) solutions to pharmaceutical and medical device companies, replacing traditional paper-based processes. We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Professional Services EMEA team. 

As a Salesforce Implementation Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end custom Salesforce projects, ensuring the successful deployment and configuration of our eQMS solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. You will collaborate closely with our Product, R&D, Support, and Customer Success teams, as well as directly with customers. 

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce administration and custom configuration, a passion for new technologies, and a dynamic approach to project management. You should thrive in challenging environments and bring creative problem-solving skills to the role. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage custom Salesforce projects, including tailored solutions and out-of-the-box implementations. 
• Translate business requirements into clear configuration specifications. 
• Utilize Salesforce configuration tools to implement customer requirements within the DOT Compliance system. 
• Oversee the deployment of configurations and customizations across customer organizations. 
• Conduct and manage system performance testing and validation. 

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce platform application configuration. 
• Proven expertise in managing customer-facing Salesforce deployment projects. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and self-motivate learning. 
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. 
• Relevant degree from a recognized university or college.
