Project Manager - Urgent Hiring

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring an a well qualified Project Manager for a leader in security and guarding solutions. This is very unique role for a high level low voltage Project manager in Southern California. The ideal candidate with have at least 5 years experience as Project Manager, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and a strong reputation in the industry. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize technical expertise and experience gained from credible integrators in the electrical or low voltage sector to coordinate and oversee the efficient completion of time-sensitive projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
• Proficient in cultivating and managing customer relationships while effectively coordinating field operations.
• Skilled in understanding client needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and field teams.
• Capable of optimizing workflows and resources to deliver exceptional service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Perform site visits for documentation of issues related to installation.
• Review Bill of Materials and assess cable pathways required for installation.
• Read and update blueprints, riser diagrams, backbone diagrams, and Rack Layouts
• If needed, be able to bring a headend online after physical installation completeness.
• Manage team of approximately 8 people (project managers and field engineers)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements before going into job)

• Proven track record of proactive approach to issues/management.
• Track record of establishing, maintaining and managing budgets for construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to delegate, mentor, and lead associates.
• Highly organized
• Able to multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills
• Bachelors or masters degree in engineering is a plus
• 5+ years Project Management experience
• Able to run projects on time and on budget
• Manage multiple projects consecutively
• Solid reputation in the industry
• Networking experience is a must
• Electrical contractor experience a plus
