Project Mgr duties:
Support multiple teams simultaneously by managing workflows, priorities, and administrative needs
Assist with planning and execution for brand teams & company events, meeting logistics, trainings, and initiatives
Coordinate and track projects, schedules, and deliverables across multiple teams to ensure deadlines are met
Assist with budget tracking, expense monitoring, and budget reconciliation; flag discrepancies and support financial reporting
Draft, edit, and distribute broad-based communications, announcements, and updates on internal platforms to employees and leaders, ensuring clarity and consistency
