Project Program Associate Director

Lead full lifecycle management of complex ServiceNow projects from initiation through deployment. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations. Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality in alignment with contractual requirements. Coordinate cross-functional technical teams across development, architecture, and operations. Oversee ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integrations across enterprise modules. Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development, ITSM configuration, and front-end modernization using JavaScript and React. Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks. Provide status reporting and executive-level briefings to Government stakeholders. Bachelor's degree An additional four (4) years of work experience can be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience, Minimum 5 years of experience managing ServiceNow projects. Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow platform and/or certified in ServiceNow Application Development and ITSM development. Minimum 5 years of experience leading enterprise IT projects of similar scope and complexity in a Federal environment. Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Masters degree ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist certification. Experience with modern JavaScript and React front-end development. ITIL certification. Experience managing complex integrations within regulated enterprise environments.
