JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:                 

• The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in procurement
• Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production and procurement staff to discuss projects and procedures.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years’ of experience OR
• Master’s Degree/Ph.D. AND 5+ years’ of experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in procurement/supply chain
• Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc. 
• Knowledge of creating Power Bi and Power Apps
• Knowledge of supply chain management and corresponding ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to influence others
• Relationship building

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
