Project Sales Executive

Our client, a leading provider of HVAC system service, maintenance, repair, energy optimization, design build & retrofit, is currently seeking a Project Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and developing project opportunities, building strong client relationships and driving projects to completion. Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop project opportunities leveraging referrals, client capital plans, and energy initiatives.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Work closely with internal and external teams to develop and execute project proposals using proprietary sales tools.
• Present proposals effectively, negotiate deals, and coordinate resources to drive projects to completion.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, track opportunities and manage records in Salesforce.
• Continuously enhance technical expertise and promote service, maintenance, and energy programs to clients.

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of the commercial HVAC market.
• Strong mechanical and electrical systems knowledge/education.
• Ability to estimate labor and materials.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC project experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Customer service orientation.
