Project Scheduler - Professional Development Opportunities

Overview: Embark on a rewarding journey as a Project Scheduler, contributing to the planning, scheduling, and progress reporting for diverse projects. This role encompasses both office-based duties during proposal and engineering phases and on-site responsibilities during construction and commissioning stages.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules to ensure timely execution.
• Facilitate coordination between clients, engineering, and operations for smooth information flow.
• Engage in execution strategy and frame schedule development during the proposal phase.
• Establish, monitor, and adjust plans and progress throughout the project baseline.
• Gather progress updates from various stakeholders and aid in internal schedule management during project execution.
• Collaborate with site and subcontractor managers to plan and schedule activities during the construction phase.
• Assume leadership roles for large projects and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in EPC project scheduling.
• At least 2 years of dedicated full-time jobsite scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Comprehensive understanding of engineering workflows, including Plot Plans, PFDs, and P&IDs.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with varying priorities.
• Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
