Project Site Supervisor

Our client, a trusted provider of tailored technical solutions, is known for delivering high-quality electrical, earthing, and lightning protection systems across a variety of sectors. They are currently seeking a skilled Project Site Supervisor to oversee and lead teams on external contracts, ensuring successful project completion while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team working on electrical, earthing, and lightning protection projects.
• Oversee testing, installation, and measurement tasks, ensuring all work meets company and safety standards.
• Coordinate work at heights, including on high roofs, tall buildings, and elevated platforms.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.

Requirements:

• Ability to lead a team and work independently without supervision.
• Strong command of both Maltese and English (reading and writing).
• Computer literacy.
• A valid drivers license and clean police conduct.
• Previous experience in similar roles, especially in outdoor or technical installations, is essential.
