Summary(What/Why/Coverage)-Main Activities:
· Implementation of HS&E and sustainability processes in Simpsonville
· Manage project tasks and construction supervision for the Simpsonville site.
· Supports/Assists the site HS&E Specialist

Key Responsibilities (What/How):
· Coordinate HS&E activities project related.
· Ensure that the respective persons report and investigate incidents such as
Equipment Damage, Near Misses and Injury in a timely manner and act as a
resource to the technology to insure follow-up and actions are thorough and
complete.
· Maintain Recordkeeping Systems for the Simpsonville projects including
corrective actions.
· Assist with addressing day to day HS&E issues project related.
· Promote HS&E awareness, procedures, and rules and regulations.
· Conduct HS&E audits and hazard reviews of new or modified equipment.
· Create and maintain HS&E documentation, such as Fitesa Management System,
procedures and Sustainability data.
· Active member of Site Safety Committee reporting project related notes.
· Special issues/projects.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
· Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis
· Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors/contractors.
· Assist in administering and maintaining compliance programs such as LOTO,
Hazard Communication, EAP, Hearing Conservation, Hot Work, Respiratory
Protection, BBP, etc.
· Manage project tasks and construction supervision for the Simpsonville site.
· Manage project tasks and construction supervision for expansion.
· Develop and implement project management systems: · Manage capital budget and allocate funds to individual projects. · Provide leadership and systems for project execution. · Forecast capital and expense spending.
Primary Working Relationships:
· Reports to Project Manager
· Interfaces with Manufacturing, Logistics, Process Eng., Finance, HS&E & Purchasing
· All respective technology personnel
· Vendors, Contractors and outside organizations
Requirements
Reports to:
Site Manager
Educational Background:
High School Diploma or higher
Work Background:
3 to 5 years
