ServiceMaster of the Lakes Area is rapidly growing! We specialize in commercial and residential cleaning; along with water, fire, and mold restoration. We are seeking a dedicated, self-motivated individual to join our Full-Time "Project Specialist" Team to experience a positive and fast-paced work environment. If you are passionate about helping restore properties and possess the willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!

Hours:

Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Rotating ON-Call schedule

Full Time Benefits: Competive Pay, Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay, Health Ins Plan, and AFLAC available after 90 days. Company vehicle privileges.

Requirements (Must Haves):

Must Have a Clean & Valid Driver's License

Must Have Reliable Transportation to Work

Must Speak, Read, & Write in English

Assist Customers In A Time Of Need

Communication With Customers, Insurance Companies and Administration

Ability To Back Up A Vehicle With A Trailer; Preferred

Learn From Experienced Technicians With On The Job Training

Initial Scope Of Loss

Drying Equipment Monitoring

Assist With Demo

Understanding Water Restoration Technology, Concepts, And Procedures

On-Call Rotation

Ability To Lift Up To 75lbs
