GENERAL STATEMENT OF THE FUNCTION

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree required with professional experience in an educational setting or related support role preferred
Experience working with data collection, reporting, or project tracking in an educational or organizational setting.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Learning Management Systems (Canvas), and training preferred
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Overview:
The Project Specialist supports the coordination and implementation of strategic initiatives, managing data collection and reporting, assisting with institutional assessment and providing support to faculty. This position plays a key role in operationalizing strategic initiatives by supporting assessment processes, tracking outcomes, and providing timely, accurate information to inform continuous improvement and data-informed decision-making. The Project Specialist works collaboratively with academic and administrative partners to ensure effective implementation and documentation of institutional initiatives.
