Our client, a leading private university in Los Angeles, CA is looking for a Project Specialist to join their team and assist with special projects within the university and National Institute of Health (NIH).

Responsibilities:

with planning, coordinating, scheduling, and implementing program/project meetings and activities.regular project meetings, promote knowledge sharing, and ensure effective communication.regular status reports to provide updates to stakeholders and identify any deviations from the project plan.in the development and production of documents and reports for specific programs.in procurement, reimbursement, and invoicing functions.

Education & Experience:degree is required for this role.experience in an academic setting.communication and organization skills.support experience.management.and procurement experience.MS Office skills: Excel, Outlook, Word.
