Project Specialist - Accounts Payable

Hours and Benefits for the Project Specialist – Accounts Payable:

$52,000 to $54,000 a year

Hybrid Work Schedule (Friday Remote)

3 weeks PTO + Paid Holidays + Paid Sick Leave

Responsibilities for the Project Specialist – Accounts Payable:

Assist with all Accounts Payable duties for a specific program, including;

Maintaining agreements

Inputting invoices and verifying them for accuracy and appropriate approvals and signatures against agreements

Collecting W-9s

Printing checks, scheduling check signing and mailing checks

Maintain system to track and process invoices for payments (GoogleDrive)

Other duties, as required

Requirements for the Project Specialist – Accounts Payable:

Two-year degree or equivalent professional experience

Accounts Payable and systems experience preferred

High attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
