Summary:
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced Project Superintendent with a background in commercial construction. Ideal for professionals who thrive in the field and can manage day-to-day site coordination, scheduling, compliance, and communication with stakeholders. Prior experience in healthcare or life sciences projects is a plus.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead all aspects of daily field operations and jobsite coordination
• Manage and update project schedules and two-week lookaheads
• Conduct and attend pre-construction, progress, and staff meetings
• Ensure safety protocols, quality standards, and contract compliance
• Maintain field reports, logs, and safety documentation
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams

Experience You’ll Need:
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction field supervision
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office (required); CPM scheduling knowledge
• Healthcare or life sciences experience a plus
• Strong leadership, time management, and jobsite problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 certification
