Project Supervisor (Pipes & fire protection systems)

• Monitor pipes for water, compressed air, gas, and steam.​
• Verify optimizations on layouts to reduce pressure losses and installation costs.​
• Verify calculation of pipe diameters and materials according to required flow and pressure.​
• Ensure continuous supply and avoiding interference with conveyors and equipment.
• Supervision of preventive maintenance and detect leaks or pressure drops.​
• Monitoring fire protection by evaluating risks in critical areas​
• Verify fire protection network design by location of hydrants, sprinklers, and hose cabinets at strategic points, ensuring full coverage in compliance with regulations.​
• Pumps and reserve tanks are sized to guarantee sufficient pressure and flow in emergencies, while alarms and detectors are integrated with auxiliary systems.​
• Periodic tests and drills are conducted, training personnel in the use of equipment and evacuation protocols to ensure effective response.​
• Creation of supervision reports, construction logbooks (digital or physical), photographic evidence of progress and findings and incident reports and recommendations.

• Bachelor´s degree in engineering, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
• 5 years of proven experience supervising similar projects as project supervision and management.​
• Technical knowledge of HVAC​.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations (NOM, NMX, NFPA, local regulations).​
• Ability to prepare technical and photographic reports​.
• Experience at an OEM​.
• Knowledge in Project Documentation is an advantage.
• Fluent English.
• Available to rotate shifts.
• 6 month contract.​
