Project Support Coordinator (Construction): $55K - $65K

Our client in the Charleston area has an immediate opening for a qualified Project Support Coordinator.

Compensation: $55K - $65K + Benefits

Schedule: 5 days in office

Position Overview:

• Process Invoices through bill.com for payment, ensuring accurate coding.


• File and maintain copies of invoices that are paid via other methods than bill.com


• Sync QB with bill.com daily and fix any errors that arise.


• Manage Vendor relationships (W9, insurance requirements, lien waivers).


• Work with Project Managers and Safety Managers to maintain site-specific safety data sheets.


• Obtain and file project permits.


• Assist PM with submittal of shop drawing, as-built review, and project closeout documentation.

Requirements:

• Associate degree


• 2+ years of Project Coordination/Project Support


• Detail Orientated
