Job description:

Provide end to end technical support and special event support for our Executives and their direct support staff.
Install, maintain, support, and train industry standard productivity applications which include Microsoft Office with a deep working knowledge of Skype for Business, Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive, and PowerPoint, Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Connect, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome.
Install, maintain, and support PC hardware, HP Printers, & PC accessories which include Lenovo laptops and desktops, Dell laptops and desktops, Skype accessories, PC peripherals which include monitors, keyboards, mice, and various USB peripherals.
