* Knowledge about quarterly tax filings a plus

* Keeping track of schedules and appointments as needed

* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are MUST

Basic Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone and through email.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and follow up with clients as needed
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Develop and maintain client and billing files
- Maintain contact lists
- Ability to enter Invoices and file correctly
- Assist with Sales and Contracts
