Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and reporting status Development, implementation, and maintenance of tools/templates for monitoring project progress Conduct risk & opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation and realization, and ensure compliance to customer and program risk management requirements Principal Project Management Level 2: Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience or similar fields OR: Masters with 0 years of experience in similar fields. Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders Ability to obtain Active DoD Clearance 2+ years' experience in Project management, Program Integration/Execution Knowledge of Project Management principles and experience utilizing them professionally Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills to senior leadership Defense Industry experience Experience working in technical engineering environment Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
