We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Projects and Accounts Manager to join our team. This role combines strategic account management, project oversight, and business development to drive our corporate training initiatives forward.
Lead project management efforts for training initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Execute contracts efficiently, leveraging shared company resources such as training staff
Business Development and Financial Accountability
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate training sector
Assume full P&L responsibility for assigned accounts and projects
Develop strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality training delivery
Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving
Demonstrate cleverness in understanding and aligning the incentives and requirements of all stakeholders
Craft innovative solutions that maximize our profit on each opportunity while ensuring client satisfaction
Attention to Detail and Persistence
Exhibit strong attention to detail in all aspects of account and project management
Display persistence and a bulldog mentality in pursuing goals and overcoming obstacles
Interpersonal Skills and Organizational Navigation
Possess patience and excellent communication skills to manage diverse stakeholder expectations
Effectively navigate and work within complex organizational structures and bureaucracies
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in corporate training, account management, or business development roles
Strong understanding of learning and development best practices
Excellent leadership and project management skills
Willingness to travel (up to 20% of time)
