Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Promotional Products Customer Service & Inside Sales Trainee Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both customer service and inside sales within the dynamic world of promotional products.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist clients in selecting the right promotional products to meet their marketing objectives.
• Handle order processing, including entering orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery.
• Work closely with our sales team to support their efforts in generating leads and closing sales.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns to promote our products and services.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent phone skills
• Reliable transportation
