Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Promotional Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving our promotional campaigns and engaging with customers on a daily basis. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a passion for sales and customer interaction. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and campaigns


• Engage with customers to generate interest and sales for products or services


• Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns


• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective promotional tactics


• Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve future promotions


• Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to inform customers effectively

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business is a plus


• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers


• Proven experience in sales or customer service is desirable


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks


• A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field


• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
