About the Role of a Promotional Sales Trainee:

As a Promotional Sales Trainee, you’ll act as a first point of contact for top-tier telecommunication brands while learning the rewarding techniques of promotions, sales, and customer service. Our hands-on training program is designed to develop your skills in sales, and customer service, making sure you are well-equipped for success and advancement within our teams and the company.

Key Responsibilities As a Promotional Sales Trainee:

• Assist in promotional campaigns by promoting telecommunications products, and connecting with consumers to swiftly address all their questions & concerns
• Directly present and demonstrate products and services to existing and new customers daily
• Collaborate with management and the Promotional Sales Trainee teams to execute field campaigns and increase brand awareness
• Provide continuous exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of satisfaction and grow our consumer base
• Participate in market research and community outreach activities
• Attend regular training sessions from top industry performers to build expertise in promotions, sales strategies, and customer service techniques

What We’re Looking For In A Promotional Sales Trainee:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required
• Relevant experience as a Promotional Sales Trainee, in sales, customer service, or promotional roles is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn in a team-oriented environment
• Self-driven and eager to achieve success in marketing and sales
