We are hiring a full-time Event Promotions Assistant to support live events, brand activations, and nonprofit fundraising campaigns. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in event marketing, promotions, public engagement, or customer service.
No prior experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.
As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will work at live events representing nonprofit and community-based campaigns. You’ll interact directly with attendees, assist with event coordination, and help create a positive and engaging experience.
This is a face-to-face event role (not remote or call center-based).
Assist with setup and breakdown of live promotional events
Engage with event attendees in a professional and friendly manner
Share campaign information and answer questions
Support fundraising and outreach initiatives
Distribute promotional materials and event resources
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth event operations
Maintain brand standards and a welcoming presence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with the public
Outgoing, dependable, and team-oriented
Eager to learn and grow professionally
Full-time availability
Preferred but not required:
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, events, promotions, or sales.
