Propellant & Energetics Engineer

We are seeking a Propellant & Energetics Engineer who will develop, mix, test and quality solid propellants includingAP based booster grains

Duties:

• Formulate and mix AP/HTPB Propellants
• Develop fuels for air-breathing combustors
• Perform rheology, cure kinetics,mechanical property testing
• Support casting trials, vacuum degassing, tooling development
• Manage lab safety, ATF/OSHA compliance, and traceability

• B.S./M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science or Energetics.
• 3-10 years experience in solid propellant development
• Hands-on mixing/casting experience
• Knowledge of metal fuel combustion

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in ducted rocket fuels or metallized ramjet formulations
• Experience scaling bath size or optimizing cure cycles
