Property Administrator - Join a Market Leader

Major responsibilities

- Gather monthly rent and fees

- Organize maintenance, landscaping, and property repairs

- Provide a broad range of administrative support to property managers for residential, commercial and/or community association properties

- Meet with prospective tenants to review leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership

- Contribute to preparation of budgets, financial documents and other reports

- Organize insurance requirements

- Process tenant applications, contracts, and leases in Yardi

- Experience in property management preferred

- Proven skills in customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation

- Excellent interpersonal skills and computer competencies (Yardi) are essential
