Job Description - Property and Asset Control Support 2
Maintains records for material, products returned for repair, and test equipment, owned by government, company, and associate contractors in accordance with company procedure and/or government regulations. Maintains records and logs for property/material related to receiving, transfers, allocations/consumptions, stored, and shipped coordinates transfers with the contracts and programs organizations conducts periodic inventories Engage in high level of interaction with both internal and external customers, and government regulatory agencies. Assist and provide guidance to other team members, as necessary. Ensure accurate receiving, storing, and issuing of customer furnished material in secured storeroom. Review and update property records in property database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Knowledge and understanding of property acquisitions, the processing of incoming and outgoing shipping documentation. High school diploma plus 2 years of experience in property and asset control. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint). Experience in government property management. Experience with Automated Property Management Systems (i.e. GOLD, SAP, TEAMMS, etc.) Experience with FAR/DFAR
