Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Property Asset Management Analyst \u2013 Level 1, to join our team. This role is located in Redondo Beach CA.\n\nIn this job, you will:\n\n * Review acquisition and receiving documents, identifying ownership, determining proper property classifications, assigning and affixing property barcode labels which may require visiting numerous buildings throughout the NG Space Park campus.\n * Create accountable property records in SAP.\n * Continuously review and maintain property accountability records. This requires updating and enriching applicable property records in the property database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.\n * Perform and determine the identification of tangible assets (types and classifications of property).\n * Work and collaborate with program management in the planning and execution of the property management life cycle outcomes.\n * Additional tasks/assignments may be given to assist other team members, as necessary.\n\n\n\nIf this job description reads like it was written specifically for you, consider joining our team!\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree with 1 year of relevant professional experience in property asset management.\n * Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel.\n * Good communication skills.\n * Ability to work well with others.\n * Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, when needed.\n * Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance.\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Ability to interpret and formulate independent judgment based on federal regulations, FAR 52-245.1 and applicable DFARS clauses.\n * Experience with SAP.\n * National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certifications (CPPS, CPPA, CPPM).\n * Space/Defense Industry experience.\n\n\n\nAbout Space Sector: We are an industry-leading provider for prime satellite and payload capabilities and directed energy and electronics solutions for national security, military, and civil customers. \n\nCurious about all the exciting developments with the Northrop Grumman Space Sector? Click the link below:\n\nhttps://www.northropgrumman.com/space\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $57,300.00 - $85,900.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
