The Property Care Team Member helps maintain the cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall condition of the campground, office, and surrounding property. Primary responsibilities include groundskeeping, lawn care, weed control, trash removal, basic maintenance tasks, and assisting with property improvement projects. This position works independently and alongside fellow team members to help ensure the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and visitors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Mow, trim, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas.
Pull weeds and assist with general groundskeeping.
Collect and dispose of trash throughout the property.
Clean and maintain outdoor common areas, campsites, and facilities.
Assist with landscaping, seasonal maintenance, and beautification projects.
Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks as assigned.
Operate lawn care equipment, hand tools, and maintenance equipment safely and responsibly.
Monitor property conditions and report maintenance, safety, or repair concerns.
Assist with setup, cleanup, and special projects as needed.
Follow assigned task lists and complete work independently.
Work cooperatively with team members to complete larger projects and property improvements.
Maintain a professional, positive attitude when interacting with guests and coworkers.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Valid Drivers license and clean record.
Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn.
Ability to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, maintenance, or similar work is helpful but not required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery after training.

Schedule
Seasonal summer position. Part-time hours typically range from 10–25 hours per week. Shifts are generally scheduled during daytime business hours, including mornings and afternoons, with occasional hours available during special events. Typical work hours are between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., though schedules may vary based on operational needs.
