Property Caretaker

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Property Caretaker

Status: Full Time, 40 hours per week, must be available for 6:30AM start time and weekends

Reports To: Maintenance Coordinator and Director of Facilities

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Property Caretaker keeps Patrick Properties' grounds and historic venues clean, organized, and guest-ready, handling exterior upkeep such as pressure washing, light painting and minor repairs, basic cleaning, and groundskeeping. The role also includes organizing in-house rental items and facilities equipment, event setup, and moving supplies between venues.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Keep our properties, grounds, and event spaces clean and presentable.

· Perform light cleaning duties as needed.

· Perform daily property walkthroughs and basic upkeep.

· Handle light maintenance, such as replacing bulbs and addressing minor repairs.

· Help keep furniture and equipment organized and in their proper locations.

· Assist with pressure washing and exterior upkeep as needed.

· Help with event setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, bars, and other equipment.

· Assist with moving supplies and equipment between properties as needed.

· Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Coordinator and Director of Facilities.

· Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work.

· Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

· Available for early mornings and some weekends.
