Property Claims Manager

Indiana Farmers Insurance is currently looking for an experienced Property Claims Manager to join our Claims Team. This position is responsible for leading and developing a group of property claims adjusters.

As a Property Claims Manager, you will develop training and staffing plans, participate in meetings and events and provide meaningful feedback to Claims Managers and upper management. As a Property Claims Manager with Indiana Farmers, you will lead your team in support of our vision by ensuring they deliver prompt and fair claims resolutions.

Requirements

Qualifications and Responsibilities for the Property Claims Manager:

• Five years claims experience, required
• Overall broad knowledge of management, claims handling procedures and of general insurance principles, required
• College degree and AIC or CPCU professional designation, highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess effective and positive interpersonal communication skills and demonstrating a professional, yet friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational and time management skills
