The Opportunity 

As our Property Damage Specialist in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in resolving their PD claims. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience handling property damage claims, and understand all aspects of PD. 

 

Accountable for 

• 
  

  Communicate with clients regarding their PD claims. 

  
  

• 
  

  Communicate with insurance companies regarding our client's PD claims. 

  
  

• 
  

  Set up car rentals for clients. 

  
  

• 
  

  Process total loss and/or repair claims. 

  
  

• 
  

  Review total loss evaluations. 

  
  

• 
  

  Complete understanding of loss of use. 

  
  

• 
  

  Strong negotiation skills. 

  
  

• 
  

  Knowledge of insurance claims and procedures. 

  
  

• 
  

  Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.  

  
  

Qualifications 

• 
  

  Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. 

  
  

• 
  

  Complete understanding of PD claims. 

  
  

• 
  

  Prior PD adjusting experience required. 

  
  

• 
  

  Ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients. 

  
  

• 
  

  Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required. 

  
  

Compensation 

• 
  

  $25/hr-33/hr depending on experience
