Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Listing Manager to manage and optimize property listings across MLS systems and major real estate platforms. The successful candidate will ensure that all property listings are accurate, attractive, and updated to maximize visibility and engagement from potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage property listings across MLS databases and major real estate websites.

• Write clear, engaging property descriptions highlighting key features and selling points.

• Upload and manage property photos, videos, and supporting documentation.

• Coordinate with real estate agents, marketing teams, and photographers to gather listing information.

• Monitor listing performance and make improvements to increase exposure and engagement.

• Maintain accurate records of listings, pricing updates, and property details.

• Ensure all listings comply with real estate advertising guidelines and company policies.

• Support marketing campaigns and property promotions when required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate administration, listing coordination, or property management is preferred.

• Familiarity with MLS systems or real estate listing platforms is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital listing tools.

• Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

• Salary: $68,000 – $86,000 per year, depending on experience.

• Performance-based incentives applied.
