Position Title: Property Maintenance Specialist

Shift Hours: Staggered shifts (e.g., morning, afternoon, evening rotations)

Job Summary: The Property Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the facility. This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks, minor repairs, and ensuring a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.


• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wax floors as needed.


• Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper waste disposal.


• Perform minor repairs, such as fixing leaky faucets or replacing light bulbs.


• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.


• Maintain outdoor areas, including snow removal, debris clearing, and landscaping.


• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory.


• Operate cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers and buffers.


• Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.


• Report major maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


• Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work is a plus.


• Ability to work flexible, staggered shifts.


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment: This role involves working indoors and outdoors, with exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying weather conditions.
