Join Our Team as a Property Management Admin Assistant!The Housing Authority of Jackson County (HAJC) is seeking a Property Management Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and clerical support to our Property Management Department. About the Role:As the Property Management Administrative Assistant, you'll be the go-to support for our property management team. From processing rent payments to assisting with inspections and client communication, your work helps ensure our properties are well-managed and our residents feel supported.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Accurately record and process rental payments.
- Assist with inspections and tenant communications.
- Maintain digital and physical records with high attention to detail.
- Educate tenants on HAJC policies and procedures.
- Visit properties periodically to report maintenance issues or concerns.
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and the public.
Minimum Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of clerical experience in a fast-paced office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet HAJC driving standards.
Preferred but Not Required:- Familiarity with property management, Oregon landlord/tenant laws, or Fair Housing regulations. (We're happy to train the right candidate!)
