Property Management: Future Opportunities
Location: Varies by property across Texas

Our Property Management team keeps our buildings running and our tenants happy. Roles include property managers, assistant property managers, and property-level administrative positions.

What the work looks like

• Being the main point of contact for tenants
• Managing vendors, maintenance requests, and building inspections
• Collecting rent, tracking delinquencies, and handling lease administration
• Preparing property budgets and monthly reports
• Supporting lease renewals and new tenant move-ins

What we look for

• Commercial property management experience (office, retail, or industrial)
• Texas real estate license or CPM/RPA designation is a plus
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
• A service mindset and the ability to handle a tenant problem calmly
