Management company is hiring for a property manager who would be required to live on-site and cover four total properties that are Class C to B+ properties. We are seeking an experienced property manager or individual with applicable skills to cover 146 units, all within a four-mile radius. This position would include a free studio unit plus utilities with an option to upgrade once a one-bedroom unit becomes available.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in property management
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Experience with property management software preferred
- Reliable car and valid driver's license required
Bilingual Spanish speaker highly preferred but open to others.
Candidate who has lived and worked in Los Angeles is highly preferred.
Manager would travel between nearby properties no more than 3.5 miles away covering as many as 146 units (4 properties). Leasing commissions are paid on top of your hourly rate and you can feel free to lease throughout our portfolio.

Compensation: This position is full time starting at $21/hour commensurate with experience with a $150 leasing commission for each unit you lease throughout the portfolio. This position includes a studio unit plus utilities in the Koreatown area and is required to live on-site.
