Job Description - Property Manager

At Harmoniq Residential, we don’t just manage properties, we cultivate communities where residents feel connected, supported, and proud to call home. We're seeking a passionate, experienced Property Manager to lead one of our premier Milwaukee-area communities with heart, strategy, and purpose.

This quiet, upscale suburban apartment community is known for its spacious layouts, serene green spaces, and resident-first design, offering a unique opportunity for a dedicated leader to make a lasting impact.

Your Role in the Community

As the face of the community, you’ll create a welcoming environment, guide your team, and drive results that support both resident satisfaction and ownership success. You’ll serve as strategist, coach, problem-solver, and motivator—shaping a culture of harmony where people thrive.

What You’ll Do

  • Inspire First Impressions: Welcome prospective residents with enthusiasm, lead personalized tours, and reflect the values of hospitality and excellence.
  • Elevate Retention: Foster lasting relationships with residents through creative renewal strategies, transparent communication, and responsive service.
  • Own the Details: Conduct regular community walk-throughs to assess curb appeal, model units, maintenance needs, and common areas.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with on-site maintenance and third-party vendors to ensure a seamless move-in and upkeep experience.
  • Drive the Numbers: Oversee budgets, business plans, and cash flow with an eye for performance, expense control, and occupancy goals.
  • Read the Market: Monitor local rental trends and adjust pricing strategies, renewal offers, and marketing tactics accordingly.
  • Lead with Purpose: Coach and support your leasing team with clear goals, accountability, and a positive, solutions-first culture.
  • Champion Harmony: Act as the bridge between residents, team members, and ownership, ensuring expectations are aligned and met.
  • 4+ years of property management experience (multifamily strongly preferred)
  • Active real estate license (or ability to obtain)
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A calm, confident presence and genuine care for people

At Inland Family of Companies, we’ve been building lasting relationships since 1971. As Wisconsin’s largest full-service real estate firm, we pride ourselves on integrity, excellence, and our guiding principles: Warrior Spirit, Empathy, and Better Together.

Our Benefits Package Includes:

  • Three Medical Plan Options
  • Dental and Vision Coverage
  • Flexible Spending Account
  • Short- & Long-Term Disability
  • 401(k) from Your First Paycheck
  • Company-Paid Life Insurance
  • Educational Assistance
  • Generous Paid Time Off & Holidays

Our Culture
