As our Property Manager, you'll help shape resident experience, contribute to top-tier operations, and be part of a team that’s nationally celebrated for its performance and service. You’ll play a key role in keeping Penn Circle’s reputation strong as you oversee day-to-day management of leasing, maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds teams while ensuring top-tier resident satisfaction and financial performance.

What You’ll Do
- Lead with Purpose: Shape and execute strategic plans that support short- and long-term property goals, ensuring alignment with investor expectations and market dynamics
- Wear Multiple Hats: From operations and marketing to financial planning and team leadership, you'll juggle it all to drive success
- Build and Elevate Teams: Hire, coach, and retain top talent; lead performance evaluations and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture
- Facilitate Team Engagement: Host weekly team meetings to assess progress, overcome challenges, and build momentum toward shared goals
- Operational Oversight: Prioritize and assign tasks to support property benchmarks, including leasing, maintenance, resident retention, and make-readies
- Financial Leadership: Analyze financial statements, communicate key variances, and implement corrective action plans using monthly investment packages (MIP)
- Resident Experience: Champion satisfaction initiatives that reduce turnover and increase perceived value, while keeping service levels at their peak
- Asset Management: Oversee preventative maintenance, participate in capital projects, and preserve the integrity of the property through timely execution
- Marketing & Growth: Launch income-generating advertising campaigns and utilize market insights to guide rental pricing and promotional tactics
- Problem Solver: Address everything from resident relations and vendor coordination to conflict resolution and operational hurdles with confidence
- Policy & Process Excellence: Maintain compliance with fair housing standards, SOPs, and internal workflows including collections, leasing, hiring, and payroll
- Reporting: Complete timely weekly, monthly, and annual reports to ensure transparency and alignment with investor expectations
- Industry Engagement: Stay current through professional development, networking, and thought leadership in property management
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the community and company with integrity, empathy, and professionalism across every stakeholder interaction
- Value-Driven Focus: Take on any task necessary to elevate property value and uphold its reputation
What You’ll Bring
- At least 2 years of experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily industry, with a solid understanding of day-to-day operations and resident relations
- Strong working knowledge of Yardi (preferred), with the ability to navigate property management software confidently
- Proven ability to build, manage, and analyze budgets and financial reports to support property performance
- Comfortable using social media platforms to creatively market the property and engage prospects
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with basic familiarity with Internet Explorer for web-based tasks
