Community Manager needed to oversee operations for a newly acquired property in Spartanburg.

Active South Carolina Property Management License is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
  
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and landlord -tenant laws
  
• Manage vendors, inspections, and maintenance schedules
  
• Use property management software (Yardi, OneSite, or similar)
  
• Maintain occupancy and support marketing efforts
  

Qualifications

• Property management experience
  
• Active SC Property Management License
  
• Fair Housing knowledge (LIHTC a plus)
  
• Property management software experience
