Property Manager

The Property Manager reports to the Senior Property Manager and oversees assigned affordable housing developments managing the physical conditions, the property operation budget and provides a quality living environment adhering to the authority’s objectives. This position is also responsible for all phases of community operations and on-site team performance.  

This position requires experience with multi-family property management.  Associate's degree required. Bachelors preferred along with knowledge of federal housing laws, guidelines, regulatory programs and policies.  Section 8 Voucher Program experience helpful.  Experience working with social service agencies and providers as well as problem solving skills with capacity to handle stressful situations required.  Must possess a valid Maine driver's license and the ability to travel between properties.
