Oversee multifamily properties, compose annual property management reports. Track all property information, including tenants, vacancies, rent statements, disbursements, and facility management. Work with Construction to manage the Tenant Improvement and construction process as required for new lease buildouts or renewal improvements if required by lease. Prepare variance reports and property financial performance report to investment principles as necessary. Analyze the time frames, costs and returns of unit renovations for value-add strategy. Verify and update the operating expenses on the budget, especially the property tax. This position requires at least a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development or a closely related field. 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager, Leasing Manager or Financial Analyst. Experience must be gained in the real estate industry. Minimum Salary: 133370.00Maximum Salary: 133370.00Salary Unit: Yearly
