Job Description

Property Manager Responsibilities:

Process Annual and Interim Recertifications
Interviewing applicants and application processing.
Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units.
Collection and posting of rent.
Maintaining property records and member unit files
Preparing reports on the financial performance of properties.
Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings.

Role Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software – Onesite experience a bonus
Strong Organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Great exceptional service skills
COS certified preferred
