Property Manager
Location:

San Francisco, CA
Pay : $70-72k, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities
· Responsible to monitor the property daily and conduct quality checks on any potential safety hazards
· Prepare reports on key aspects of the property
· Supervise the Resident Manager at the property
· Coordinate with third party contractors to perform work onsite
· Communicate closely with the supervisor and facilities manager to schedule maintenance, repairs, and improvements

Position

Qualifications/Requirements:
· 5+ years' in affordable housing, residential property management, and/or supportive housing
· 3+ years' supervisory experience
· Excellent time management skills and ability to coordinate with all levels of staff and handle multiple tasks from various office departments
· Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs (HUD, Tax Credit, Section 8, MOH
· Designations: Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM), or equivalent
· Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, 504 compliance related issues, as well as basic landlord tenant issues and conflict resolution
· Knowledge of Realpage not required, but strongly preferred.
