Greenline Apartment Management is a growing owner-operator of multifamily communities across Texas and Oklahoma. We’re seeking a dynamic, bilingual Community Manager to oversee one of our flagship Oklahoma City properties. You’ll drive results, lead a team, and be the face of a community that people love to call home.

What You’ll Own:

• 
  

  Lead all daily operations at the property — from leasing to maintenance

  
  


• 
  

  Inspire and manage your team — leasing agents, APMs, maintenance staff

  
  


• 
  

  Maximize occupancy through sharp leasing and marketing strategies

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure strong resident relationships, satisfaction, and retention

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee collections, monitor delinquencies, and drive timely decisions

  
  


• 
  

  Manage vendor relations, supply inventory, and budget tracking

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct inspections and ensure flawless turnovers

  
  


• 
  

  Keep all systems updated — leases, evictions, permits, and compliance

  
  


• 
  

  Act as the HR liaison — onboarding, timecards, and team communications

  
  

You're a Match If You Are:

  A proven leader with 3+ years of on-site property management experience

  Results-driven with a sharp eye for leasing, financials, and operations

  Proficient in ResMan or similar PM software

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable with budgeting, reporting, and leading a team

  
  


• 
  

  A confident communicator who can manage up, down, and across

  
  


• 
  

  Organized, hands-on, and calm under pressure

  Someone who owns their outcomes and celebrates team wins
