Property Manager - Apartment Community

Description

• Oversee daily operations of a multifamily apartment community
• Supervise, train, and lead onsite staff (leasing consultants, maintenance, assistant manager)
• Drive leasing, renewals, occupancy, and resident retention
• Manage rent collection, delinquencies, and lease enforcement
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and expense control
• Execute marketing and leasing strategies to increase traffic
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and company policies
• Manage vendors, service contracts, and invoice approvals
• Maintain strong resident, staff, and vendor relationships

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience (REQUIRED) 
• Prior experience as a Property Manager, Apartment Manager, or Community Manager
• Proven team leadership experience (4+ employees preferred)
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws
• Experience with Yardi, property management software, and Excel
• Financial management, budgeting, and reporting experience
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills

• $57,000–$62,000/year (DOE)
