Position: Real Estate Practice Reviewer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $55–$60/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in real estate to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
• Review complex real estate tasks for alignment with domain principles and methodologies.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
• Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for assessing AI-generated real estate tasks and solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Real Estate Sales Agents: Active US state license, 4+ years closing your own transactions.
• Property and Community Association Managers: 4+ years managing real portfolios or HOAs, including their budgets and reserves.
• Real Estate Brokers: Active broker license, 5+ years supervising agents and carrying compliance responsibility.
• Counter and Rental Clerks: 3+ years in equipment, vehicle, or property rental, handling agreements, deposits, and damage claims.
• Near-native business English proficiency.
• Comfort with spreadsheets or PDFs for reconciliation.
