Duties

• 
  

  Drive financial performance by overseeing rent collections, controlling expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and working toward budget and Controllable Net Operating Income (CNOI) goals.

  
  


• Maximize occupancy through proactive leasing strategies designed to achieve or exceed budgeted occupancy targets.


• Optimize rental revenue by maximizing allowable rents while staying within applicable regulatory program requirements.


• Manage the property budget and regularly evaluate financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.


• Maintain compliance by ensuring resident files, annual and interim recertifications, and required documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable affordable-housing requirements.


• Create a great resident experience by delivering responsive, respectful service and addressing resident needs with professionalism and care.
